Description | Ambassador of France in Constantinople invited to provoke the sending to Sureya Pasha of instructions allowing him to remove if necessary the obstacles which would oppose the public security measures which the state of the dome of the Holy Sepulchre would make necessary. Reconstruction of the dome: the representatives of France and Russia in Constantinople, acting on their instructions, seem to have agreed to submit a proposal to the Gate, the terms of which will be decided very soon by the two governments.
