Description | Acknowledgement of receipt of the collection of orders and instructions relating to the consulate service. Response to the letter of 14 March in which the Minister invited the Consul of Jerusalem : 1 ° to enlighten the government on trade issues although outside his current mission. 2° to present to him, in agreement with the consuls of Beirut[Beirut] and Damascus, a draft delimitation plan for the consulate of Jerusalem. 3° to wait in Beirut[Beirut] for the exequatur berat. 4° to go, without delay, to his post.
