Description | Note about the arrangements - hemispherical cap and drum - for the rebuilding of the great dome of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The most absolute status quo should be maintained as to the respective possessions of the three clergy outside the dome which is a velarium, an umbrella and a parasol that the signatory powers of the protocol of September 5, 1862 placed above the tomb of Jesus Christ to shelter the clergy and Christians of all the rites who come to visit him and pray there.
