Description

The Head of the Jaffa Commerce Chamber Mahmud requests the cancel of the sale of the mills in el-Avce river in Jaffa with the claim that they are sold by the government to foreigners under their value. A letter from Jerusalem governorate is sent, which requests either cancelling the auction or having the decision of the Ministry of Fiscal Affairs to continue. 1: signed by Yafa Ticaret Odası Reisi Mahmud ; 2, 4: no signature; 3: signed by Kudüs Mutasarrıfı Mehdi [illegible].
