Description | Ottoman subjects Şelmo bin Refail Şerzi, Moşe Avram Azril ve Liboş Kehane have requested permission to publish three daily newspapers in Jerusalem, called “Paros", "Lalibertad" ve "Ereş Akudeş". The Jerusalem Governorate is asked to provide the permission certificates after putting their stamps and sealing them and to send its fee. 1: signed by Mehmed [illegible] director of internal documents; 2: no signature. |
