As a result of the dispute among İzmirliyan, the former patriach of jerusalem, Seyahat, the patriach of Jerusalem and Avadis, the servant of Patriarch, İzmirliyan to continue his duty, since no complaint was made for him, he is to be maintained in his place and the servant Avadis to be expelled to another place. 1, 6: no signature; 2: signed by Avlonyalı Mehmed Ferid Paşa who was grand vizier; 3: signed by Abdurrahman Nureddin Paşa who was Adliye Nazırı; 4: signed by Mehmed Nazım Bey; 5: signed by Hasan Hüseyin, who was Telgraf ve Posta Nazırı.
