As smuggling of arms to the province of Syria which does not have a shore has been prevented, the telegraph of Nazım,the governor of Syria, regarding his request for necessary measures to be taken for preventing the importation of repeating firearms in Jerusalem, Cebel-i Lübnan, Beirut and other provinces as well (Syria). Signed by Cevat Bey, the Jerusalem's Mutasarrıf (six-pages telegram).
