That Petro Halak, the interpreter of the Italian Consulate in Jerusalem who was caught with a fake Italian passport and received a prison sentence, was exiled to Sivas on the order of the Fourth Army Command Headquarters since he was regarded as one of the maleficent people, and that his return is not suitable for the time being.
