A committee is established under the presidency of Nazım Paşa, governor of Syria, in order to investigate and settle the conflict between the Jerusalem patriarch and the Synod. Since the members of this committee will arrive from Istanbul by boat, the necessary preparations should be done to take them from Syria to Jerusalem on time. No signature.
