- 1- In order to provide funding for the construction of prisons which are approved by the Beirut governorate, their project documents should be promptly sent.
- 2- Since the construction of prisons in Ottoman provinces will be conducted in accordance with the new method, the project reports should be prepared and sent by taking the provided projects as an example.
