The Jerusalem Governorate’s report is sent to the Ministry of Imperial Registers, which specifies whether the land transfer procedure is applicable for the land possessed by the fellows of Ramallah and Harfendu’l-Harab villages and asked to be purchased by the Ottoman subject Lebib Şelomod Nekir. The above-mentioned ministry is asked to follow the relevant procedure and to inform about the result. No signature.
