Investigation by the Jerusalem Governorate on complaints against Tokanzade Beşir Bey, one of the Nablus emirs who recently moved to the district of Cüneyn, and Abdullah Abdülhadizade Haydar Efendi. The two individuals are accused of planning to revive tribal activity, of forming armed bands having divided the local population into two groups, and of attacking the villages. 1-2: signed by [illegible]; 3-4: no signature.
