Livestock owners in Rhodes and Chios islands in the Dodecanese, and also in Jerusalem, Van, Yozgat and Komotini refrain from paying the tax of animal treatment, which is a payment in return for the veterinary costs. Since this resistance may spread to other regions, necessary measures have to be taken to make sure that this tax is paid. 1: signed by The minister of forest and mining and agriculture ; 2: no signature.
