Description

Decision made by the Council of State about issuing the passports and giving resident permits, on the condition that not to stay more than three months, to the Russian Jews who came to Jerusalem, is given as a written notice to the province of Syria and the sancak of Jerusalem. However, it is asked how to treat the jews who rejected to get off the boats in Istanbul, going to Palestine in order to settle down there. The necessary action should be taken by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. No signature.
