A document is sent containing the results of the investigation on a complaint written and stamped by a certain Hasan Sakib. The editor accused the old prefect of Aleppo, Reshid Beyefendi, of corruption and of engaging in illegal activities during his tenure as prefect of Ankara and governor of Jerusalem. 1, 10: signed by Şura-yı Devlet Reisi Tevfik; 2, 4-7, 9: no signature; 3: signed by Sadrazam Kamil; 8: signed by Ankara Valisi Hazım.
