The map of Birussebi district, which was reorganized as a town, is sent. Its connection to Hebron town will be ensured by making a macadam road, seasonal trees will be planted to its roads, a hospital and a mill will be constructed, and appropriate lands of the town will be left to the public with the support of the treasury fund.
