Announcing the public letter regarding not allowing to perfom as Doctor, Pharmacist, surgeon and other such medical proffision without having diploma and certificate from the ministry of Health, Russian Jerusalem Consulate claied they are excluded on the ground that no such statement was issued by the embassy, however they are also responsible for its application. Further actions to be taken on this matter. No signature.
