Since the German Emperor, during his visits, honoured Head-commissar Mahmud Sıdkı Efendi sent from Aleppo to Jerusalem with the 4th-rank Agalruj decoration, 3rd commissar Ata Bey, Hacı Mustafa Lütfi, Policeman Halili Behaeddin, Corci, Halil from Anteb, Refugee Ziver Efendi with the golden crown medal, an imperial order is requested to accept and hang these medals.
