The Orthodox Patriarchate claims that in Palestine and Syria, the French, the British, the Russian, the German and the American established many schools and churches for their agenda and is making Orthodox propaganda to hinder their agenda. The patriarch made an application for this claim, following which the reports of the respective cities are presented to the prime ministry.
