Description | Future organization of the church of St. Anne. Need for a bull or a writ from the Pope to settle it without a struggle on the spot, as far as ecclesiastical power is concerned. French property of this domain, civil jurisdiction and administration reserved in perpetuity to France. Auxiliary Drogman and two cavasses of the Emperor's Consulate attendants to the guard and service of the establishment. Spiritual Jurisdiction and Ecclesiastical Administration to the Latin Patriarch. Custody, maintenance, daily services and dwelling in a collegiate church composed either of French secular priests or of Franciscan religious, at least half of whomall are French; upon the appointment by the French government on a triple list presented or by the General of the Order or the Provincial of France, which may be revoked or may be confirmed in their office at the end of this period.
