Description The presentation of the telegraph which had been sent from the Governorate of Jerusalem containing the kind of reply that was given to the proposal made by the Russian Consul to the Greek Patriarchate regarding the carrying out of a religious ceremony for the conversion into church of the place in the buildings adjacent to the Holy Sepulchre Church, which belong to Russia Palestine Community and had been turned into a small chapel before (Justice; 39622)1-2: no signature.
