Description Montenegrin who commited murder and wounding inside Bethlehem church in Jerusalem, was delivered to Austrian Consulate due to his service in Austrian military, however the consent of French Consulate was also taken because of supervision of Catholic Priest. 1, 4-5: no signature; 2, 6: signed by İbrahim Governor of Jerusalem 3: signed by Justice Minister.
