Description

Levying of öşr tax on the fields, which are at the disposal of Ragıb Fatine Efendi, Ali Efendi, the clerk of the Company of Military Reserve in Jerusalem, and Abdurrahman Berberi Efendi and Ayşe Feşaşibi Hanım from the Televvül-i Musabin neighborhood outside the walls of Jerusalem but are state lands, and issuance of permission to construct a house for each on the condition that the rest of the land is used as a garden (Finance, Interior).
