Description It is reported that the Zionist Conference decided to expand the practical issues, establishing a permanent office for the issues related to Jewish migration, opening an Agricultural Bank, reconstructing Palestine area again with the Jewish people. Hence, the migration should be prohibited and the expansion of the circle of disorder should be stopped (Syria, Jerusalem, Beirut)1-2: no signature.
