Description That the drawing up of a legal draft regarding the sectarian affairs of the non-Muslim Ottomans who are members of various sects have been discussed by the Council Of Ministers upon the discussion of the Latin Patriarch, who resides in Jerusalem without a certificate and whose office and rights have been recognized, and mentioning the previous note by the ministry about the annulment of some of the permissions given to the Patriarchates (Justice, Interior; İD/89-1).
