Description The Beirut Head Directorate of Post and Telegram reports that foreign post offices in Jerusalem are distributing stamps by the piece, as if cash, to the money exchangers at marketplaces. With respect to the note of German Embassy, it is explained that these foreign post offices are warned against making such payments as much as possible (internal).
