Description The Office of Imperial Council provided a copy of the agreement in Arabic, which was delivered from Prophet Ömer to the Jerusalem Patriarchate. The conditions stated in the certificate granted to the Jerusalem Greek Patriarchs are still valid without any change (Justice).
