Description The note by the Ministry of Justice regarding of the issuance of a permit for the construction of the second floor, which was attempted to be built on the existing hotel at the disposal of the Greek Monastery near Halil Gate in Jerusalem but later called off since the height off the wall would be higher than the wall of the fort (Ministry of War; 50367)No signature.
