Description

Her mother had deposited in the bank of Froutigler an amount, which after interest, is 50 liras. But because she didn't have a good relationship with her husband, her mother registered the amount under her name but gave her daughter a document which stated that this amount belongs to her exclusively. Recently, her mother died, Huri Yousef notified the officials in the bank not to give her the amount, because this belongs to her mother, thus, it's her inheritance which needs to be fairly allocated among her and the petitioner's brothers, who are Latin. The petitioner agrees to give 22 liras to her brothers but Huri Yousef is asking for the relevant documents, she is afraid to give them. She is kindly asking His Beatitude, to whom she will give the documents, to order Huri to handle her case fairly.

Archival history	Despite its long administrative tradition, the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem created a distinct archival service only in the early twentieth century and placed it under the authority of the archigrammateas. The Historical and Paleographic Archive of the National Bank of Greece Cultural Foundation and its director, Agamemnon Tselikas accomplished the classification of the archives from 1988 to 1991 and their catalog was published in Greek in 1992.

Content and structure area

Description	Most of the material is hosted in a two-story building within the patriarchal complex and contains documents from the tenth to the late twentieth centuries. The content of the archives was continually expanded through the post-World War II period. Greek, Arabic, Ottoman Turkish
