Description | Armenian Patriarchate was informed that Mıgırdıç Vahabtiyan, who was sent to Jerusalem when he was Adana deputy, came to Istanbul after amnesty and appointed as deputy of Armenian church, since he does not have misdeed, his duty cannot be prohibited. 1-3, 7-8: no signature; 4: seal of Armenian Patriarchate; 5: signed by Abdurrahman Nureddin Paşa who was Adliye ve Mezahip Nazırı; 6: signed by Halil Rıfat Paşa, who was grand vizier. |
