Description | According to the news that a Russian post office will be opened in Jerusalem soon has been reported previously and upon the arrival of Russian consul to the governorship of Jerusalem and expressed that the postoffice would be opened according to the instructions he got from the embassy. He was told that the local government would not consent to this. It is understood that this issue was an article that they had envisioned (Jerusalem). Signed by Cevat Bey, the Jerusalem's Mutasarrıf (two-pages telegram). |
