Description

In the letter sent by the Ministry of Finance, it is stated that the non-muslim population of Jaffa in Jerusalem is caused to obstain from paying the tax in lieu of military service by the community leaders, and advise was given by the Greek and Armenian Patriarchs to the Patriarch of Jerusalem, ensuring without oppressing them that the tax will be paid. 1-2: signed by [illegible]; 3: no signature.
